Pros

Workday was 6-2:30 so had most of the day at your disposal. Pay was good and plenty opportunities for overtime. Also backing of management if a dispute arose with a community service worker.

Cons

Possibility to have to work holidays. Also, required to keep up and check work done by community service workers could be a pain if they had a bad attitude.

Cons

Promotions - Very tenured staff. Management should allow committees to have all level of management and line staff to receive a informaiton regarding the organizational growth and development.
