Pros

The health insurance is great and it’s relatively hard to get fired from here.

Cons

The pay is low, they have unrealistic production quotas, management doesn’t properly train employees and will write you up for not knowing things, lot of favoritism. They don’t pay overtime so anytime over 40 hours in a day goes into time bank.

Pros

You can connect and work with a diverse group of people. It's a good job to just get your foot in the door, because they basically hire anyone. Do not stay over 1-2 years. MOVE ON or you will not develop your skill set or learn best industry practices.

Cons

Everything else needs improvement. You name it, they need it. Very political organization (TOP HEAVY) whose hiring practicing and culture are sketchy at best. They do offer a good retirement plan, but the environment doesn't offset that benefit.
