Literally everything else. The pay is far too low, you'll be overworked. There is no room for growth unless you rub shoulders with the right people, so don't think hard work is going to get you anywhere. No one care for your safety, and the environment is very toxic. Of course, I cant speak for every department but from my experience, most departments are like this.
