Pros

Most of the people you work with are great people; makes for a fun time during work hours. Good benefits... and that's about it.

Cons

The job titles may catch everyone's interest (how they lure applicants in) but pay is way too low for the amount of work you do and no raises are given whatsoever. Definitely not a dream job if anything a place to get your foot in the door and move on as quickly as possible. its a dead end place more than 30+ people have quit in the past 3 years and more continue to do so.

Waste of Time and will Hurt your future career

Pros

Good Medical Benefits and good Pension type retirement. Some divisions offer good flexibility. Due to lack of good employees, you will be able to "shine" rather fast if you have a willingness to learn.

Cons

You will never be paid appropriately. Management never fires or reprimands lazy employees. They make promises and never keep them. There is so much waste with under preforming employees that those who do preform are sacrificed monetarily. Everything is done by the "good ol boy" system. Unless you know a higher up and come in with a decent salary, you will remain 50% below the low end of the salary range for your position. Your title will be suppressed as to ensure you have no bargaining room for salary or advancement justification.

High turnover, pay is super low, and management isn't honest about how to move up or increase pay level
