Cons

Horrible toxic management style, If you want to work for old bullies thats a liability rather an asset for the company. This is the place. Managers are bullies, extremely mean spirited and rude, they will micromanage you while they do wrong.

Retirement (if you can make it to retirement, which you won’t because everyone quits)

Unintelligent policy implementation Frequent changes without thinking things through Lazy management who want to do the very minimum and just want to get to retirement Extremely high turnover of staff High caseloads due to shortage of staff Incompetent supervisors who give inconsistent answers and are always behind but will shift blame to staff Non adherence to legal standards due to outdated office equipment and shortage of staff Expectation to do work within 40 hours yet constant off site meetings and trainings that cut into work time The main case management system crashes frequently delaying work flow

Assistant Director is a condescending BULLY. Will talk down to you as if you were a child and speak about you to other employees when it does not concern them.
