Pros

Benefits are good, provides equipment and protective clothing and tools to preform your job. You can advance your career and get professional career training through the county.

Cons

Low pay unequal pay and workload, lots of government red tape and politics. Pay Raises are few and far between. The county is quick to tax but very slow to give a pay raise or promotion raise.
