Pros

This is a great place to learn. You will see everything imaginable as a nurse, mid-level, or physician. The pay is competitive, but the people are what make it all worthwhile.

Cons

If you have to have organization, if everything has to be tidy, or if you are OCD, then this is not the place for you.

Pros

Generous PTO accrual, great doctors to work with, learn a lot, 401k and insurance benefits

Cons

Too many old employees that are lazy or like to overrule things, management show favoritism to certain employees, low pay, very low merit increases (I'm talking cents), no bonuses, no appreciation for hard working employees, the good employees are overworked. Understaffed (high turnover) which will make you be on call too frequently. A lot of employees don't care for their work.
