      Benefits were great but as new Leadership comes in they look for ways to reduce benefits.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership need to stop creating positions for friends and focus on looking at the organization for truly needed positions.

      Salary seems to be fair. Easy to get to. Employees seem to overall work well together. There is always something to do, never bored.

      Cons

      It does not matter what you know, it is who you click with. if you are looking to grow professionally, this is not the place for you unless you can get hooked in with the right group. Upper management (from the CIO down) is known to berate and belittle staff; The less you do and the more you talk = promotion. A lot of unprofessional behavior but no one seems to notice
