      Pros

      Benefits and no weekends if you work in the clinic

      Cons

      If don't speak Spanish,you are not worth their time ! When I first stared working their first 90 days and another PCTI did a no call no show two days in a row and didn't get fired ! Why because she she speaks Spanish! I left my station and forgot to clock out for lunch I got wrote up! Not a very fair company ! Usually understaffed and overworked!

      Pros

      Not as stressful as working outside with another company. Benefits are good. Good PTO, insurance, etc. Good work-life balance. Technology getting better.

      Cons

      Work ethic and culture is terrible at some places. Majority of employees are lazy. People want to work here because it is "easy". The worker's union makes these workers bold and therefore they are more willing to become insubordinate. Currently at a budget deficit 2015 which means layoffs and hiring freezes.

      Poor supervisors and managers, too many layers of management, micro-managers, supervisors and managers blame their employee and take credit for their accomplishments. Work life balance varies, depends on department/area you work. Career opportunities - they prefer to hire outside.
