Pros

Good benefits but very little else.

Cons

No diversity! Inexperienced and unprofessional senior management. The pay is 25-40% lower than industry standards and they expect you to work more than 40 hrs a week with no bonuses. They have a huge turnover. Little to no strategic planning and they no technical innovation.
