Pros

Helping customers, gaining management experience, store placement.

Cons

Upper Management sometimes does not help. Unruly customers, long hours, and long weeks worked. Pay scale should be hire for the amount of work you do.

Pros

Profit sharing check, 401k, good opportunity for experience, especially if you are in your teens and 20s and potential upward mobility

Cons

External hires generally get paid more so if you move up in the company, you’ll likely make less than the people you end up training (pay increase doesn’t really show significantly until at least you’re a CSM or higher), hours will vary and they’ll expect you to be flexible if you are full time
