      An alright place to work

      Pros

      Co-workers were pretty cool to work with. You get hidden perks of like free food at times. Communication between team members is good.

      Cons

      Meh pay. Lots of gossip in the workplace. Don't expect a good pay increase, only about $0.25-$0.50 every year. Deli is the hardest department to work in this Supermarket. Several "Sub sandwich Fridays" go by and it'll make you dread Fridays for awhile.

      Nice team members, make sure you have a break, free water

      Cons

      You can only have a lunch break if you work over 6 hours, and when I do work more than 4-5 it’s always exactly 6 hours so I only get 15 minutes, we also do the shopping cart retrieving and it is ungodly hot and busy, when I take a break from getting carts it seems like it never gets filled back. I wish customers would line up the carts instead of completely trash the parking lot or leave a disaster in the cart areas considering we offer four areas to put your cart back when you’re done loading your groceries. For 9/hr bagging only with side duties like trash and sweeping is okay, but for having to do carts with all that it’s not good pay. If you just need temporary work for Summer it might be okay if you’re a student, but not worth it for anything more
