(Backstory: Customer wanted to buy expired food for lower price, when told no runs to customer service. Ends up getting product.) Barely any raises for employees who go above and beyond or die loyalty.

you really need to be self motivated not necessarily a con but a fact,. no pension plan. no cost of living raises just small once a year maybe 25 cents up to 50 cents. So make sure you get what you want when hired . you will work harder on weekends and holidays. holidays do not belong to you any more they belong to the customers. and you need to be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours again not a con but a fact
