Not enough staff, high expectations. Management is a joke. To many chiefs not enough Indians. Inspections and Audits way to often. In my case my job depends on good direction from Supervisor who is way over his head. Given the position for a reason that can only be seen as the good old boys system at work again. Clearks don't show up for shifts. Making things worse. No one gets written up so the cycle continues. It's a joke seriously . No appreciation when doing double or triple work. No compensation for getting the job done in the worst conditions. Meaning the only person getting overtime is the Suppervisor who creates issues to get overtime. It's crazy . But what can you do but look for another job.

Managements is literal garbage, they get paid to sit around and do nothing, then when there is a problem within the workers such as a disputes between workers, raises, etc. nothing gets done. There is also little to no room to go up in the company.
