Inconsistent management, overscheduling/understaffing, cashiers are more or less powerless as the management will do *anything* to please customers, including plugging in expired coupons or freebies depending on the manager (again, inconsistency.)

During rush hour, things can get hectic especially since not many cashiers are working the front end. Most of the time the CS clerks are behind the desk just talking and managers aren't the best with scheduling. They take granted of your availability and will call you to ask if you can come in even in days you request off. The managers are rude as well and treat employees with little respect. Also they expect you to do tasks that weren't listed in your job description.
