Pros
I had a great time working with everyone except any of the customer service managers. They offer nice bonuses two times a year and there is room to be promoted to other positions in the company.
Cons
Every customer service manager that I had aside from two. Store managers never seem to work as hard or be as helpful as the co-managers I worked with. Pay increases way too slowly. Having to be 'on call' during periods where the store might be busy; this should only be tolerated in regards to emergency and healthcare workers, not people making barely above minimum wage.
