      Pros

      Fairly good benefits, the pay is so so.You will do well if you want to work 7 days a week all the time,unless you are in supervision then you do not do anything, hardly work and yet suprisingly get promoted,getting to do outside chores for the director helps you as well(washing his car,mowing his yard.etc.)

      Cons

      Management cares absolutely nothing about you,except for what they can get out of you,if you cannot work then they send you home,if you get hurt on the job you are written up and treated like a criminal.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and friendly staff. Profit sharing bonus checks twice a year. I have worked there for five years and have always been happy with them.

      Cons

      Usually understaffed, especially in the mornings. Raises are unreliable-- I never received a raise for my promotion to customer service.

      Pros

      Good pay rate for students like myself. Great first job. Friendly employees. Not too difficult. Fun managers! I loved it. I recommend it for students especially. They usually hire teenagers and give us an opportunity to get work experience. That's what I love the most, because most places won't hire if you don't have work experience. How are we supposed to get work experience without a job? Harris Teeter understands this!

      Cons

      Not enough hours sometimes because so many people are hired here. I wanted to work a lot but never really got the opportunity because of all the new people.
