Pros
Great Benefits (Health care, 401K, tuition reimbursement, etc....all the good stuff) Flexible scheduling (dependent upon your CSM) Opportunity for advancement Excellent Pay ( I started in 1998, WHEN THEY GAVE OUT RAISES WITH EASE)
Cons
LABOR IS ALWAYS TIGHT!!!! This means, that whatever job you signed up for, YOU WILL BE TAUGHT MORE (with potentially little to no raise) in order that those at the top of the food chain get maximum return. As the store accountant, I was expected to maintain my 100% LP audit score, while cutting accounting work time in half, in order to pull the wait of cashiers not being scheduled on the front end. Fortunately, I had a few WONDERFUL Customer Service Manager that understood that the company's expectations can be a little over the top. They worked with me, which allowed me to continue performing optimally. However, if I have also had MANY CMSs that did not care about the unrealistic expectations, and barked continuously.
