Pros
You learn some good skills while working, like preparing and serving food, and how to communicate effectively to your coworkers (or just one coworker since it's almost always understaffed), as well as keeping things organized. It could be worse. If you're going to culinary school or a baking thing, the bakery at HT is a perfect opportunity!!
Cons
UNDERSTAFFED!! It's always understaffed and you can't complain to higher ups. You have to be the best to customers, at HT the customer is always right. HT has secret shoppers too, at my store secret shoppers as for 1/3 lb of meat/cheese and always want a sample so you know they're a secret shopper.
