      Pros

      Company has high standards and strives to be the best in the industry. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and extensive training programs to develop associates.

      Cons

      Company is currently experiencing high turnover because of an extreme push to control labor and not allowing overtime. The work environment is becoming more hostile due to the pressure put on management to execute company initiatives while still maintaining standards. Ultimately a good associate will want to do more and be better and if they can’t get that out of their company they will find one where they can.

      Pros

      When I started I loved it. 401k and bonus checks twice a month

      Cons

      After 3 months I was wrote up during my TRAINING process because a customer claimed I was rude and didnt offer a paper bag. Mangers are utterly disrespectful and hate to see customer employee relationships. To them is you aren't working. Can't wait to leave for something better. Manager won't help employees until they see customers becoming angry, not the fact that employees are struggling. Smh.

      Flexibility, Good Pay, 401k retirement, scholarships.

      Cons

      Little to No Hours, Be ready to sweat and literally stand your entire shift in one spot while dealing with a swarm of customers without any help. Excessive work. You cant wear shorts even when its 90 degrees unless its between May and October.
