Pros
Customers are pretty patient and nice when it comes to me trying to help them out. I stock shelves and when a customer comes to me with a question they are polite, some are in a hurry and seem a bit aggressive but most of the time they are polite and patient. Today was my first day on the floor in training and I had a great time and enjoyed exactly what was expected of me. I really enjoy helping people out and helping them find items they are looking for, even when I don't know and have to ask a supervisor they always seem appreciative. So far so good and I know its only the first day but I feel confident that I will grow to enjoy and be much more skillful at my current position as a diary clerk.
Cons
You only get a 15 minute break for a 5-6 hour shift so you have to work 6 and half hours to get 2, 15 minute breaks and a 30 minutes lunch break. Its unfortunate because had I known that before I would have obviously set my schedule to the 6 and half hour shift which has many more benefits and breaks.
