      Pros

      Great customers, very few bad encounters, other hosts are friendly

      Cons

      So much drama, servers are very rude and act inappropriately, no one ever wants a table yet gets frustrated when they haven't had any because its slow, all assistant managers (at the time) were not good

      Pros

      With working in any restaurant, it can be stressful at times, but when you work with exceptional people, it makes it that much better. Easy to learn and in a great part of Cleveland, too!

      Cons

      Under staffed, but as are many restaurants post pandemic. The hours can be a little too much, as well.
