Pros

Forming relationships with regular customers was nice. The atmosphere during major game days is fun.

Cons

At the Elyria locations they only hire attractive hostesses and waitresses, so if you're ugly you probably wont get the job. The waitresses were rude when it got busy.

Great looking girls, huge draft beer, and liquor selection, great quality food especially for those looking to be non-GMO, and always opportunities to advance.

Cons

High Turnover in staff, no health benefits.
