      industry standard benefits. Nothing outstanding

      Cons

      Expects employees to work in snow storm, accomodation is provided in same hospital of work, no beds, employees sleep on sofa. Unhygienic food and unhygienic kitchen conditions. No hazard pay, No bonus for being top performing employee. Just a thank you from management.
