      Benefits, pay, pto, holidays off, no on call.

      Cons

      Spread too thin in homecare. 1 social worker covering over 30 towns alone with very little support. Management is non existent, no communication from your team, no information on why you were referred, no access to epic to get patient history, unrealistic expectations.
