      Quality nurses doing a great job, day in and day out Hard working staff

      Where to start? In My Opinion: Extremely high turnover with no job security whatsoever. This includes the senior management team as well. Glass cealing. No longevity or career development whatsoever for employees. Senior management lacks ability to stay focused on a particular direction for the agency, divisions, and etc. From an operational standpoint, things are a complete mess in every single way. There is no consistency - especially when it comes to company-wide everyday procedures, ways of conducting business. Lack of staff feeling 'involved with the company". Staff is left to feel as if they are nothing more then "hired hands". Staff feels detached. Company lacks internal communications and most employees lack knowledge about services, capabilities and what is going on. CEO lacks compacity to engage/understand modern workforce dynamics. Rules by intimidation and fear.
