You can make your own schedule and you don't have to answer to your boss every day.

Cons

Pay sucks. There's no advancement. Good employees are awarded exactly the same as the bad employees. They say they need us, we are hard to come by, it is hard to get new employees qualified, but in fifteen years I've never gotten a decent raise. Then they ask us to get our friends to join the company.
