Pros

Great hard working and fun people Company shares company information regularly

Cons

Hard to always know where we are heading Not very flexible with working remotely unless you are an employee who works remotely 100% of the time. I try to work remotely one day a week but would really prefer two days a week because of my commute. I get much more done when I work from home too.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Transparency is important to us; we try to share as much as we can with our employees. Given our collaborative culture and approach to work, we cannot always accommodate employee requests to work remotely. If you have any other feedback you would like to share, please feel free to email feedback@harvardbusiness.org.

Pros

Opportunity, silos across departments are coming down with more communication and collaboration, exciting time as HBP evolves intro true media company

Cons

Culture needs a lot of work, library like atmosphere across all floors, little employee interaction outside of meetings, extremely meeting heavy, does everyone know what the HBP priorities/goals are? -

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad to hear your experience at HBP is one that is cross departmental as this is something we have been hoping to facilitate more of. While many meetings can be challenging at times, the process represents our collaborative culture. Communication isn't easy and as strategy and priorities change we do our best to share them with you. If you have suggestions as to how we can share our goals more effectively, please email us at feedback@harvardbusiness.org.
