Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that your experience so far has been a positive one, especially as it relates to work-life balance and professional development opportunities. Our compensation package is highly competitive considering our not-for-profit status. Given our relationship with Harvard Business School, we do have some limitations in terms of staffing which has resulted in some groups feeling a bit strapped and reliant on contract staff. If you have any additional feedback you’d like to share, please reach out to us at feedback@harvardbusiness.org.

Pros

The onbaording process is brilliant and it gives you the best possible chance to succeed in your role. Once the onboarding is complete there are regular training and skills development opportuntities to help in your job role, your understanding of the wider company and to enhance your overall job skills. It's a happy place to work, people seem very positive and there's a big community feel. There's a huge degree of pride in working here, everyone is driven to produce their best work to represent the brand and there are some very talented and intersting people. You do feel part of something and it's no wonder that most people you meet have been here a long time.

Cons

None to report so far. I think I made the right decision in joining HBP and I hope to be working here a long time.
