      Really nice, smart people. Very collegial atmosphere.

      Cons

      Watertown is really not a great location. Difficult to get to from public transit.

      Pros

      Office culture is good, collegial and respectful, though heavy on meetings. Work-life balance is good as well: not expected to work excessive hours. People are understanding if you have doctor's appointments, sick kids, etc.

      Cons

      Not too many, although people tend to stay here a long time, so career advancement can be slow as there is not a lot of churn. This could be seen as a plus, however. The IT department is poorly organized and chronically short staffed.

      Pros

      Great camaraderie and team building are core values at HBP. Leaving this organization felt like moving away from home. Despite being advanced in my career, I built many new lifelong professional and personal relationships.

      Cons

      Product delivery demands are very high and the workload is not in keeping with the compensation. Despite having excellent direct and fringe benefits, the total comp including base salary was disappointing year after year.
