Pros

Everyone deserves to be there, very talented and driven pool of people. People first culture. Authenticity welcome and encouraged. Culture created from bottom up, recognized by leadership. Flexible, humanistic mindset towards work is deeply embedded. Help thy neighbor culture horizontally and vertically. Feedback Culture. Growth mindset culture. Asking questions is encouraged and rewarded. No micro managers. No HR bureaucracy. Big on self care, wellness, and mental health Celebrates diversity and inclusion. People generally follow rules and procedures, they make sense. Change management is our business and we do it well internally if needed. Remote workers are the common culture. Customer-centric, client-centric. Innovation prioritized, big ideas welcome.

Cons

Multiple leadership changes over small time period. Lacking long term vision. Leadership visibility low. Not quick acting enough for product innovation to set us a part from competition. Heavily reliant on Harvard brand. Not enough celebration, too much business as usual. Not enough networking opportunities or silo busting events. Limited opportunities to connect with broader university experience or identity. Identity shifting too often, leadership changes too frequently. Advancement limited, not prioritized. Hired to do "one thing" or "specific thing" only. No opportunities to showcase other talents/skills.
