Pros

The people who work there - best and the brightest The salaries and benefits are very good - competitive in the market place Being surrounded by the best leadership content and ideas from Harvard Business School is inspiring - you'll learn a lot Getting a chance to work with Harvard faculty and within the network - great collaboration and networking opportunities

Cons

The company still acts like a startup even though they've been around 2 decades The management team needs to be replaced - too many have connections back to Harvard. They cannot see or think past the ivy towers let alone their own growth and revenue goals to support or manage their teams Silos in the organization need to be broken down Lack of internal processes and procedures completely hinders getting work done Frustration and lack of professional growth is definitely not worth the pay (ie don't go here if you are new or mid-level and want to grow your career)

Pros

HBP is a great place with a great mission. The work done is valuable and fulfilling.

Cons

There’s a lot of turn over because below a certain level the pay is horrible.
