Pros

Researchers here are smart, creative, and confident. They work under the guidance of world-best professors. This is the recipe for greatest researches being done here.

Cons

Some facilities are poorly maintained. Some staffs who are responsible for those facilities are lazy and rude. Cost of living is very high.

Pros

For entry level lab work, they pay significantly better than any of the hospitals and universities in Boston. They offer plenty of learning opportunities and career advancement potential. 3 weeks of paid vacation to start (which doesn't include the mandatory, paid week long christmas break) along with excellent insurance plans.

Cons

Sometimes the bureaucracy can be overwhelming and higher level faculty can be intimidating.
