Great Perks, Hard to Use

Pros

It's a great place to work in order to get a degree almost for free; tuition assistance is fantastic!

Cons

While vacation/sick/personal time accrues rapidly, it's very hard to actually take advantage of them. It's the norm for people to work through their lunch time, come in early and leave late (without overtime pay).
