Pros

The working environment is very comfortable, and you are surrounded by intelligent people. The benefits are very good, including affordable study. You can utilize the Harvard name. Extremely friendly people.

Cons

For the most part, salaries are quite low. The status quo in place is one of bureaucracy and tedium. Lack of defined processes.

Great management, generous faculty, always so much free food, HUCTW has negotiated phenomenal benefits, get to take classes for Master's degree for practically nothing

Cons

Very decentralized system, everything takes time to process, lack of structured training for specific roles but great general training through FAS
