-Beautiful place to wander and explore -Truly separate from Harvard - allow autonomy of programming, more competitive salaries

Cons

-Truly separate from Harvard - no oversight from central HR -No diversity -Shift in priorities from caring for the landscape to being aesthetically driven -Misogynistic!! -Good ol' boys club -Culture of bullying -Minimal appreciation for non-male, non-senior management office and horticultural staff -Low morale -No room for growth -Internal conflict between being a "great research facility" and being a public park
