Corporate culture is amazing. People are genuinely happy. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Cons

God in the mission statement. Founders are religious and have created a culture based on values, and wish I could see that reflected in the mission statement

Pros

Everyone is really nice and collaborative. The company truly cares for their employees, in their actions (not just saying they care). It is an amazing company to work for, and people treat each other with respect. Employees are treated like adults and allowed to manage their workload and flex hours where needed.

Cons

As wonderful as Harvest is, the agency aspect means that varying personalities of clients are still a factor that can’t be controlled.
