-transparent leadership -emphasis on bringing your whole self to work -work/life balance -vulnerability is encouraged -endlessly supportive team

Cons

We work in a fast paced environment and a lot of times we cannot control the outcome of the work we do, however it is an agile and flexible team with people who are always ready to problem solve and improve.
