Over worked, no work life balance at times, toxic environment, limited on moving up due they run very lean. Wear many hats

Cons

Incompetent managers. The company does not care about personnel safety. Poor overall compensation. Takes a long time to hire. They don’t get many applicants. No upward mobility.

Hard to think of any anymore.

Cons

Very political. Management seeks to blame those beneath their title or outside their group when mistakes are made. Most are just due to understaffing, underpay anyways.
