      Pros

      Pay, PTO and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, work from home not allowed. Poor communication between upper/middle management and staff. Lots of cliques to navigate. Old school mentality.

      There is no pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      If you are an existing employee and get promoted they will not pay what you are worth. They will tout the buy-in program or the gaps money, but those are not what they use to be and are not worth investing. Overall poor leadership and managers who will work you like a dog, without compensating you. Also no work life balance whatsoever. No remote or hybrid schedule period. It has gone straight downhill ever since the split between Hilcorp and Harvest.
