Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay, low stress, and 8 hour work days. Very little if any after hours or overtime. The culture in the accounting group is very good. Management is quick to respond to any complaints and are accommodating. 40% annual bonuses the last 2 years and a 5 year long term award that pays out $75K when organizational benchmarks are met. Diverse and inclusive workforce. Anyone would feel welcome.
Cons
Virtually no turnover in accounting which make it hard to move up unless the company grows. No 9/80 or WFH. But you get plenty PTO. The revenue managers are also very good at giving you flexibility and working with you. Cliques are present. Managers brought in people they worked with previously, which accounts for some of it.
