      A good company overall

      Pros

      Flexible hours as long as the work is done, possibility to work remotely if sick or in case of emergencies, great family-like team. Good benefits, good PTO with floating holiday.

      Cons

      Often have to work extra hours but there is no overtime pay, very stressful, high employee turnover, basically no growth opportunity - the management choses to hire a new person instead of looking to promote.

      Pros

      Steady work throughout the year other than that there's really no Pros to this company it is a very stressful job

      Cons

      Unappreciated very low pay below national average no respect for the employees and their families raises are slow coming an extremely low can't even buy a Happy Meal off of what you make change of schedule without notice under a lot of pressure from upper management . A lot of temporary help mostly illegal workers . Equipment constantly breaking down no replacement for new equipment

      Pros

      The work place is enjoyable and I feel appreciated for what we do. I get the opportunities to work with some of the best technology that the industry has to offer. The greatest group of people to be around that puts a smile on my face daily. Excellent pay and benefits. Fun to operate all the equipment used to make our finished products.

      Cons

      None to share at this time. I love my job and and the people i work with and that makes me feel great waking up in the morning knowing that I can help make a difference in many ways.
