      Pros

      Three weeks of PTO, friendly environment, cooperative corporate office, work life balance and helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Four months out of the year, you are extremely busy in Consumer Products. It is a very stressful time.

      Pros

      I was hired within the last 5 months and have been relieved to have found a home here. Everyone has been courteous and willing to help out the "new guy." It's been a great opportunity to take on responsibility and show initiative. The benefits seem to be average for the industry. I look forward to a long career with the company in whatever capacity I can grow into.

      Cons

      Seasonal business can feel like feast or famine at times. During the busy season, tempers can get a little shorter and can get stressful at times, but that can be a great motivator as well.

      Pros

      Hard working employees that rally behind each other to make it through the end of the day.

      Cons

      Where to begin.....this place is a train wreak. No structure, no leadership, understaffed and overworked employees. Turnover rate is horrible, senior leadership is clueless and employees are frustrated beyond belief. Would not be surprised if the company is liquidated in the upcoming years.
