Will give lots of responsibility and expose relatively junior people to new experiences

Cons

Leadership just wants to hear good news and make you stretch your budget. No surprise when all the short-term decisions to hit budget/make bonus add up to a big problem

Pros? None, absolutely none. Unless your a sadist.

Cons

Insane turnover, people quiting without giving notice after years of service, severe lack of communication, managers lack experience, favoritism, and a basic of integrity.

Made some great changes and improving. Doing great things for the environment! Great peers to work with!

Cons

Community is not seeing the improvements first hand. They do not see the great work we are doing everyday.
