Pros

None except that it offers a paycheck and they even screw that up on a regular basis. There is no other reason to consider working for this mess.

Cons

Constant turnover and overly incompetent upper management. Treat employees like they are slaves - offer no training and provide no encouragement despite crappy conditions.

Pros

Company that helps the planet through preventing organically going to the landfill and at the same time useable soil and bio-energy for local communities.

Cons

Could benefit the community more through accepting more organic waste. Could get less controversial complaints from the community.
