People, work life balance. Some groups are great to work with. Flexible hours and ability to work from home. Family type atmosphere. Lots of food and snacks and things to make your lunch.

Cons

People. Stressful. Some people do not know what they are doing. Very high employee turnover. The management doesn't work with their own people.
