      Divisional Management spend their time in CYA mode.

      Pros

      Not many Pros come to mind, PTO is generous, co-workers are hard working people trying to make ends meet. Working outside during the spring, summer and fall.

      Cons

      Divisional management is more concerned with covering their butts due to a lack of knowledge in this industry. Communication from Corp does not exist other than an occasional e-mail. No stability, divisional upper management has changed 6 times in the past 5 years.
