Pros

Pay is decent, schedule flexible if you enforce it with your manager, coworkers are generally cool, you meet a lot of interesting people.

Cons

not very good at following your scheduling requests, very strict with uniforms: down to details that shouldn't matter, guests often treat you like you are a small child, tip pool

Not a lot of pros I've been there one year and it was my worse restaurant experience as a cook

Cons

they speak to you in a rude way, don't listen to their employees, diminishes you if you make a mistake
