I was there for 3 months and was given no direction. Complete lack of communication from the senior management. I would ask for assignments, task and nothing. I felt like I was walking on egg shells the whole time. At a week after my 90 days I was terminated with no warning or reason. Just “We think your not a good fit” in what way? I wasn’t even given the opportunity to work or show my skills. The lack of support and communication is unacceptable. I was very disappointed because I am very experienced and would have loved for them to see my knowledge, experience, and skills. Yet as an over 10 year experienced EA I was lowered to the reception desk to open doors and clean up. I have never felt so unappreciated, disappointed, and disrespected.
