A Good Starting Company

Pros

Job security is very strong; I had never seen anyone be let go in the five years I worked there, even when no work was available. The people are generally nice. I worked at several contracts (Cubic and Alion) while at Hatalom, and they both were good for growth.

Cons

The pay is very poor for the work being done. I had to work in-office while other workers (on the same team for the same job) were able to work remotely.

Pros

Competitive salary and talks a smooth game upfront about family, professionalism, team work, rewarding hard work but do not fall for it.

Cons

The long-term employees do not interact with management so they can put up with them. There is complete drama all the time. No one knows how to answer a direct question in under a week. Pretty sure the company is doing something illegal, cannot put my finger on it but I am getting out of here. Was sold a crapbag and now I am moving on. They can go to "worldwide offices" without me.
